FIREWISE Networking Call: Join us for a lunch hour networking call! Are you currently in a FIREWISE community? Hoping to join one? Want to meet and learn from other residents of FIREWISE communities in the Santa Monica Mountains? Then this call is for you! Last Wednesdays 12-1pm Register Here.
GSOB: Join us for GSOB trainings this spring, followed by two in-person surveying days! We’ll also host a field trip to East and Rice Canyon, areas with known GSOB, so volunteers can get hands-on experience identifying signs of infestation. The in-person training is on March 24th, field trip is on April 25th, and survey days are on May 2nd and June 6th.
Wildfire Extravaganza: Join us for our 2nd annual Wildfire Extravaganza at The Malibu Forestry Unit on Saturday, May 16th from 10 am- 1 pm.
